Allegra Carpenter (Allegra-Law, Albuquerque, NM) was named 2015 Albuquerque Personal Injury Litigator of the Year, and listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2005. She has also been selected to Super Lawyers since 2014. Benjamin Cloward (Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, Las Vegas, NV) at the age of 37, was the youngest lawyer in the history of the State of Nevada to be awarded the prestigious Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association.  The same year, he became the youngest member of the Nevada, Las Vegas Chapter of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), and also the youngest person in the State of Nevada to be Board Certified as a Personal Injury Specialist. Ben successfully argued the Khoury v. Seastrand case which was a huge victory for all injured Nevadans because it rejected the Howell Doctrine, which allows negligent people who caused harm to get a discount when they hit responsible citizens who carry personal health insurance. Prior to joining Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, honed his litigation and negotiation practice skills at a Nevada insurance defense firm.

Bobby DiCello (The DiCello Firm, Mentor, OH) worked as Assistant County Prosecutor in the largest prosecutor’s office in the State of Ohio, The Cuyahoga County before joining the firm. As a prosecutor, he quickly earned the rank of In-Charge Supervisor, managing 16 prosecutors and tried more than 40 major jury trials. His practice at the firm focuses on civil rights, police misconduct, wrongful death, class action and mass tort. He handled the appellate work for Donzinger v. Chevron.

Steve Gorny (The Gorny Law Firm, Kansas City, MO) is a member of the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum. In 2006 he and a former partner obtained the seventh largest trial verdict in the US, and the largest non-punitive wrongful death verdict in Missouri history.  He also earned the largest medical negligence verdict in Cole County, Missouri. He has been selected as a Missouri and Kansas SuperLawyer since 2006.

Betsy K. Greene (Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers, Indianapolis, IN) is past president of the Indiana American Board of Trial Advocates and Indiana Trial Lawyers Association College of Fellows. She is a has been certified three time in Civil Trial Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and an Advocate in AAJ's National College of Advocacy. She was in charge of the Alternative Dispute Resolution program under the corporation's bankruptcy and traveled the United States mediating over 1,500 nursing home cases. Hugh McAngus, Jr., (Chappell Smith & Arden, Columbia, SC) oversees all litigation within the firm and has had trial victories including $12 million for a paralyzed client involved in a nightclub shooting and $5 million settlement in one of South Carolina’s most conservative counties. In addition, he has briefed and argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He is president of the South Carolina Association for Justice and serves on the Membership and Underride Committees of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group.

Daniel W. Munley (Munley, Munley & Cartwright, Scranton, PA) concentrates his practice in tractor trailer litigation. A Certified Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Mr. Munley is a charter member and current Executive Board member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Trucking Litigation Group and has been a featured national speaker for AAJ. He has been the Special Projects Coordinator, Treasurer, Secretary and currently is the Chair of TLG for AAJ. Mr. Munley contributed to the ABA publication Truck Accident Litigation, 2nd Edition, published in 2006.

Eric T. Penn (The Penn Law Firm, Jacksonville, TX) decided to take the of a mother with three children in the car hit a patch of black ice, losing control and sending them across the median into oncoming traffic where they are struck by an 18-wheeler. The police report determined there was no fault to be placed. At trial, Eric earned a $89.6 verdict for the family. Eric is a graduate of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College.

Karonnie Truzy (Crumley Roberts, Greensboro, NC) is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer. Karonnie is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the National Trial Lawyers. While in law school, he was a member of the ATLA Trial Team as Captain, was active in the Black Law Students Association, was a member of the Order of Barristers and was named a 2001 Outstanding Advocate.

Matthew Wright (Wright Law, Franklin, TN) after starting his legal career representing mega insurance companies, quickly realized many of these companies cared little about people who suffered catastrophic, life-altering losses. That realization caused him to decide to represent ordinary people instead of large companies.
