Mark A. DiCello (The DiCello Firm, Mentor, OH) has been recognized by federal and state courts throughout the country for his accomplishments and ability including; appointment to co-lead counsel in the Mentor Corp. ObTape Transobuturator Sling Products Liability Litigation, by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Columbus Division; appointment to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the matter of In Re: Propecia (Finestride) Product Liability Litigation in the Eastern District of New York; and appointment to the Science Committee for the consolidated matter of In Re: Stryker.

The Consumer Attorneys of San Diego have awarded him an unprecedented nine separate Outstanding Trial Lawyer Awards. Prior to opening Gomez Trial Lawyers in 2005, Mr. Gomez clerked for a federal judge and worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Cale Conley (Conley Griggs Partin, Atlanta, GA) has been named a Super Lawyer for 10 years in the area of automotive products and twice named to Georgia Trend's list of the "Legal Elite" in Georgia.  He served as a lead associate on the 1998 Six Flags v. Time Warner case, which resulted in a Georgia-record $454 million verdict for the plaintiffs.  Mr. Conley focuses primarily on products liability, trucking wrecks, business tort and wrongful death cases. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel at trial in four verdicts exceeding $1 million dollars and three verdicts exceeding $10 million since 2002.

Michael A. Kelly (Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, San Francisco, CA) set the standard for metal-on-metal artificial hip litigation with his March 2013 $8,341,000 verdict in the first DePuy ASR /Johnson and Johnson case. A member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates, Mr. Kelly has been annually selected by the Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the Top Ten lawyers in Northern California. In 2012 he was honored by the Consumer Attorneys of California with the Robert E. Cartwright award, given to a member of the Association for contributions to the teaching of Trial Advocacy.

Robert J. Mongeluzzi (Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky, Philadelphia, PA) is the most respected and successful construction accident attorney in the United States. He was co-lead counsel for the largest recovery of a construction accident case in American history. Mr. Mongeluzzi also focuses on cases involving catastrophic injury and death stemming from electrical accidents, crane accidents, aerial lift accidents, brain injuries, burn injuries, product liability and sports and recreational accidents and has has secured at least a million dollars in more than 200 cases. Mr. Mongeluzzi has consistently ranked second out of 48,000 Pennsylvania lawyers in Philadelphia magazine's peer-selected Super Lawyers of Pennsylvania publication.

Hassan Murphy (Murphy Falcon Murphy, Baltimore, MD) has led to settlements and verdicts in excess of $300 million, including the negotiation of a $54 million settlement in an environmental torts case—without ever filing suit. In 2011, Mr. Murphy was named one of the Top 50 Most Influential Marylanders by The Daily Record. He was also recognized as National Trial Lawyer of the Year by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in 2002. Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. said of Mr. Murphy - "Hassan's unique combination of judgment, skill and guts has been his hallmark since we met many years ago. He continues to be my most trusted advisor."

William H. "Billy" Murphy, Jr. (Murphy Falcon Murphy, Baltimore, MD) holds a 90% success rate in State court cases and 40% in federal cases, four times higher than the national average. As Judge Howard Casanow, formerly of the Court of Appeals of Maryland said "juries are just spellbound by Billy Murphy." Mr. Murphy has earned multi-million dollar awards for plaintiffs throughout Maryland, which is why Super Lawyers has named him Top Attorney in Maryland 10 2009 and 2010. He has also been called one of the "25 Smartest People in Baltimore" by Baltimore Magazine.

Brian Panish (Panish Shea Boyle, Los Angeles, CA) has obtained some of the most significant jury verdicts in United States history on behalf of plaintiffs. His courtroom victories include a $4.9 billion record verdict in the landmark products liability case Anderson v. General Motors, and over thirty verdicts and settlements in excess of $10 million in personal injury, wrongful death and business litigation cases. Mr. Panish has obtained three jury verdicts in excess of $50 million in personal injury cases – more than any other attorney in California.

Pamela Pantages (The Becker Law Firm, Cleveland, OH) focuses her practice on obstetric and pediatric malpractice with more than 21 years experience. She has a Masters degree in speech pathology and audiology and successfully pursued a medical career before going to law school. Christian D. Searcy (Searcy, Denney, Scarola, Barnhart & Shipley, West Palm Beach, FL) has for 38 years litigated cases primarily involving catastrophic injury and death. At age 29, he had the distinction of being the youngest lawyer in the United States to achieve a verdict of $1 million for a single personal injury lawsuit. Mr. Searcy received the War Horse Award by the Southern Trial Lawyers Association in 2006 and the Perry Nichols Award by the Florida Justice Association, its highest award, in 2005. He is a member of The Inner Circle of Advocates, which is by invitation only and limits its membership to the top 100 trial lawyers in the U.S. and past President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Christine D. Spagnoli (Greene Broillet & Wheeler, Santa Monica, CA) has obtained many multimillion-dollar verdicts, including a landmark $4.9 billion verdict in the 1999 General Motors case of a defective fuel tank responsible for the burn injuries of two adults and four children. She was co-counsel in the largest personal injury verdict in California, a $58 million verdict for a man severely burned by a defective O-ring. Ms. Spagnoli was named Most Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of 2001, the F. Scott Baldwin Award by the American Association for Justice (AAJ), New Lawyers Division and the first female recipient of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Trial Lawyer of the Year Award in 2012.

Mikal C. Watts, Watts Guerra, San Antonio, TX, is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2002, he was recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the best lawyers “40 Under 40.” A Texas Super Lawyer since 2003, Mr. Watts handles catastrophic personal injury, toxic torts, product liability, automotive defects, refinery negligence, commercial trucking negligence, medical device, pharmaceutical, and commercial litigation.
