Kelly Hyman (McDivitt Law Firm, Denver, CO) served as law clerk for the Honorable Brian Sandoval, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Nevada, the Honorable Robert Mark, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida, and for the Honorable Wendell Graham, Judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court for the State of Florida. Formerly of Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, FL, Ms. Hyman has also appeared in numerous television shows and commercials, and is most known for the role of Loretta on the Young and the Restless. While studying for her undergraduate degree, she served as a White House Intern with the Office of Presidential Inquiries.

Doris Cheng (Walkup Melodia, San Francisco, CA) has been ranked as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Northern California. Specializing in complex injuries caused by third party negligence, Ms. Cheng has obtained multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of disabled citizens throughout California. She completed a $13,500,000 settlement on behalf of 60-year-old gentleman who suffered severe brain damage due to carbon monoxide poisoning; a $6,800,000 award on behalf of a mother and her child for birth injuries resulting in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy to the child; and a global $14,250,000 settlement on behalf of a 45-year-old man who suffered severe burn injuries in an industrial accident. She is listed among the Best Lawyers of America®, SuperLawyers® and San Francisco Best Lawyers.

Deborah Dixon (Gomez Trial Attorneys, San Diego, CA) focuses on class actions. She leads Gomez Trial Attorneys' class action practice focusing on products liability, consumer claims, fraud and data breaches. Deborah was named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers in 2017 and a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2014 and 2015. In 2014, Ms. Dixon was named by San Diego Metro Magazine as one of the best and brightest in San Diego in its "40 Under 40" designation. The San Diego Business Journal named Ms. Dixon as "Best of the Bar" since 2014. Ms. Dixon has been recognized by the San Diego Daily Transcript as a "Top Attorney" in 2015 and the "2012 Top Young Attorney", as well as a "2012 Woman of Influence".

Denise M. Dunleavy (Of Counsel, Kramer & Dunleavy, New York, NY) was named by the National Law Journal as one of the nation’s top 50 women litigators. As the senior trial lawyer in the firm, she has won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements including being the only lawyer to receive a punitive damage award in a products liability case against a breast implant manufacturer by a federal judge following a bench trial. In addition, she tried the first breast implant case alleging and proving that breast cancer resulted from the polyurethane foam of a particular implant. In that case, she won a $4.5 million dollar verdict for her client and was instrumental in getting the product removed from the marketplace within six weeks after the verdict.

Fidelma Fitzpatrick (Motley Rice, Providence, RI) began working with Motley Rice attorneys in 1997 on the Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island lawsuits against the tobacco industry. She was co-lead trial counsel in the billion dollar lead paint pigment case, The People of California v. Atlantic Richfield Company et al.,. The $1.15 billion* verdict will be paid to the state's abatement fund for the removal of lead paint pigment from homes throughout California, particularly those occupied by lower-income families in inner-city and community housing helping protect the health and safety of thousands of children. She serves on the Board of Regents at Canisius College and frequently speaks on environmental and mass tort topics.

Leslie Kroeger (Cohen Milstein, Palm Beach Gardens, FL) is a member of the firm's Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death, Managed Care Abuse, and Unsafe & Defective Products practice groups. Ms. Kroeger represented individual female Walmart employees in a lawsuit alleging that the company discriminated against them on the basis of their sex. The defendant reached a confidential settlement with the plaintiffs. She is a highly accomplished civil trial attorney who began her legal career in the courtroom as an Assistant Public Defender and later became an Assistant State Attorney. She currently serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Florida Justice Association, is past Chair of the Women's Caucus and serves on the Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee.

Ibiere Seck (The Cochran Firm, Los Angeles, CA) is a Partner in the firm with a focus on complex catastrophic injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, police misconduct and sexual abuse of minors. She is also a volunteer attorney with the Mesereau Free Legal Clinic in South Central Los Angeles where she advocates on behalf of low-income Californians and under-served communities of color. Ibiere was named SuperLawyers Top 50 Up-and-Coming Women Attorneys in Southern California 2017, SuperLawyers Top 100 Up-and-Coming Attorneys in Southern California 2017, CAOC "2016 Street Fighter of the Year", and recognized as a "Rising Star" by the Super Lawyers publication.

Kellye Raymond (Raymond Trial Consulting, LLC, Dallas, TX, possesses a rare combination in the trial and jury consulting field as she is both a licensed attorney and a consultant. She started her career with nationally renowned jury consultant, Robert Hirschhorn, where she learned from and worked with the best trial lawyers in the country. Kellye has experience consulting on a wide variety of legal cases, but her true passion lies in working with plaintiff's lawyers and criminal defense lawyers. In addition to jury selection, Kellye conducts and analyzes focus groups and mock trials, develops trial strategy, prepares trial questionnaires and voir dire questions, and conducts witness preparation in the Dallas area and around the United States. She has also co-authored several articles published by Texas Lawyer.

Aimee Wagstaff (Andrus Wagstaff, Lakewood, CO) has been appointed by federal and state court Judges to co-lead four national litigations representing tens of thousands of injured claimants including the 8 person Executive Committee overseeing all federal TVM litigation. Defendants have pledged over $1.6 Billion in resolution monies and juries have awarded over $240,000,000.00 in verdicts to TVM Plaintiffs. She is included in the 24th Edition of The Best Lawyers™ in America for Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs and a 2016 Member of "The RoundTable: America's 50 Most Influential Lawyers" - The Trial Lawyer.

Sara Williams (Alexander Shunnarah, Birmingham, AL) is an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at Cumberland School of Law and also serves as a coach for Cumberland School of Law's nationally ranked mock trial teams. Sara began her legal career as a civil defense attorney and has worked for some of the preeminent litigation firms of the State. She most recently tried a municipal bus case to a $12 million dollar verdict in which the driver passed out with 22 passengers on board, overturned into a ravine causing a number of injuries the most severe resulting in a leg amputation. Named a "Rising Star" by Alabama Super Lawyers Magazine, 2011 – 2013, selected by her peers as one of Birmingham Magazine's "Top Attorneys"—2011 – 2013, Ms. Williams was recently named Managing Partner of Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys, one of the first for a black woman in the state of Alabama.

Joleen Youngers (Almanzar & Youngers, Las Cruces, NM) has practiced as a trial lawyer since 1992 with the law firm of Almanzar & Youngers, P.A., in Santa Fe and Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA. In addition to her litigation practice, Joleen works as a mediator to help parties settle their disputes prior to trial. She also serves as a Personal Representative in numerous wrongful death cases, as well as a Guardian ad Litem for children and incompetent persons in personal injury and civil rights litigation. Ms. Youngers frequently teaches trial advocacy and Continuing Legal Education courses for trial lawyers and criminal defense lawyers in addition to trial practice and deposition skills classes for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is a Southwest SuperLawyer, a Top 100 Trial Lawyer with the National Trial Lawyers and a Top One Percent Member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
