Justin S. Kahn focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury matters and complex litigation. He is Board Certified in Medical Malpractice, Civil Practice Advocacy and as a Civil Trial Advocate. Since 1992 he has successfully resolved cases and claims for several million dollars. Justin is an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law where he teaches civil pre-trial practice and for over 20 years, Mr. Kahn has written the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure Annotated as well as the South Carolina Rules of Evidence.
