Leslie Kroeger (Cohen Milstein, Palm Beach Gardens, FL) is a member of the firm's Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death, Managed Care Abuse, and Unsafe & Defective Products practice groups. Ms. Kroeger represented individual female Walmart employees in a lawsuit alleging that the company discriminated against them on the basis of their sex. The defendant reached a confidential settlement with the plaintiffs. She is a highly accomplished civil trial attorney who began her legal career in the courtroom as an Assistant Public Defender and later became an Assistant State Attorney. She currently serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Florida Justice Association, is past Chair of the Women's Caucus and serves on the Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee.
