Paul Byrd (Paul Byrd Law Firm, Little Rock, AR) was featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal due to his work in the case of Brownlee/Whitaker vs. Cooper Tire and Rubber Company, and latter on a Dateline NBC documentary regarding the same case. In 2012 Mr. Byrd was a co-recipient of the Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a past president of that Association and a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also served as a Special Justice to the Arkansas Supreme Court by request of the Governor.
