Peter Kestner (McEwen & Kestner, Oakdale, MN) worked for 10 years as a claims adjuster and litigation manager with one of the largest tractor trailer insurers in the U.S. before founding the firm in 2003. Through another insurer, he managed catastrophic claims nationwide for several notable trucking companies. In 2008, Peter was named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine for his outstanding work in personal injury law.
