Mark A. DiCello (The DiCello Firm, Mentor, OH) has been recognized by federal and state courts throughout the country for his accomplishments and ability including; appointment to co-lead counsel in the Mentor Corp. ObTape Transobuturator Sling Products Liability Litigation, by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Columbus Division; appointment to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the matter of In Re: Propecia (Finestride) Product Liability Litigation in the Eastern District of New York; and appointment to the Science Committee for the consolidated matter of In Re: Stryker.

Mark M. He has been selected to serve on national discovery review teams and participated in national mediations, resolving hundreds of cases and distributing millions of dollars to clients injured by corporations. Daniel Ambrose (Ambrose Law Group, Los Angeles, CA) has tried more than 150 jury trials to verdict. He started his legal career as a criminal defense attorney and immediately attended his first trial practice college. He later moved into the civil arena. Mr. Ambrose, working with other trial lawyers over 18 months - presenting, discussing, recording and analyzing their work - developed the Trojan Horse Method of trying cases. This unique approach models and remodels every skill in trial until it is hardwired into the trial lawyer. It allows the trial lawyer to transport the jury by creating spaces, delivering dialogues and eliminating useless narrative.

Bobby DiCello (The DiCello Firm, Mentor, OH) worked as Assistant County Prosecutor in the largest prosecutor’s office in the State of Ohio, The Cuyahoga County before joining the firm. As a prosecutor, he quickly earned the rank of In-Charge Supervisor, managing 16 prosecutors and tried more than 40 major jury trials. His practice at the firm focuses on civil rights, police misconduct, wrongful death, class action and mass tort. He handled the appellate work for Donzinger v. Chevron.

John H. Gomez (Gomez Trial Lawyers, San Diego, CA) was named by Lawyers USA the national Lawyer of the Year in 2010. He has twice been named San Diego’s Trial Lawyer of the Year. The Consumer Attorneys of San Diego have awarded him an unprecedented nine separate Outstanding Trial Lawyer Awards. He was named a 2011 Top 100 California Attorney overall by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. His cases have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Consumer Reports. Prior to opening Gomez Trial Lawyers in 2005, Mr. Gomez clerked for a federal judge and worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. He has recovered more than $250 million in settlements and verdicts for his clients with more than 50 recoveries more than a million dollars.

Steven Gursten, Michigan Auto Law, Farmington Hills, MI, is recognized as one of the nation's top attorneys handling serious auto accident personal injury and wrongful death cases, and auto insurance No‐Fault litigation. His firm is the state's largest law firm specializing in car accident, truck accident and motorcycle accident cases. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Gursten has been named Lawyer of the Year by the Michigan Lawyers Weekly and the Best Lawyer/Best Law Firm in U.S. News & World Report.

Lee Javins (Bailey, Javins & Carter, Charleston, West Virginia) has been practicing law since 1994. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Javins’ practice is focused on workplace safety litigation, automobile safety litigation and product liability. Mr. Javins has served as Special Attorney General in litigation on behalf of the State of West Virginia. Other practice areas include complex product liability claims which usually involve industrial machinery and processes. Mr. Javins has also represented West Virginia University in ancillary matters such as academic integrity and athletic conference negotiations. Mr. Javins is a dual graduate of West Virginia University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate in 1994.

C. Richard Newsome (Newsome Melton, Orlando, FL) specializes in representing consumers who have been catastrophically injured by defective products. Before his consumer practice, he worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and then worked for the Cabaniss Firm representing manufacturers including DuPont and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Newsome spent substantial time helping protect the civil justice system through his work for the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. He has served on the Board of the FJA since 1998, has served as a F.L.A.G. Trustee, as a member of the Executive Committee, and was the 2010‐2011 FJA President. He has also served as a member of the Board of Governors for the AAJ, and is a Past‐President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.

Christopher Stombaugh (Stombaugh and Smith, Platteville, WI) has been a thought leader on applying many of the cognitive neuroscience techniques. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Stombaugh's expertise has led to several record setting jury verdicts, often seven and eight figures. He was, until recently, a partner at the Keenan Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Stombaugh is the Past President for the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has been names to Super Lawyers for Wisconsin since 2010.

John Uustal (Kelley/Uustal, Fort Lauderdale FL) specializes in helping catastrophically injured victims and the survivors of wrongful death by protecting their rights against massive corporations and insurance companies. In his first few years of practice he obtained a $51 million verdict trying a car crash case himself, helped make national news when he discovered a massive corporate scheme to cover-up the real reason that people were burning alive in General Motors vehicles and tried cases across the country.  Mr. Uustal has repeatedly been named one of the Best Lawyers in America, in the American Lawyer’s Top Verdicts of the Year, and as a Florida Super Lawyer. Uustal teaches seminars throughout the United States on a number of topics, such as trial skills and investigating automobile defect cases.
