Daniel E. Rosner, founder and senior partner has represented personal injury clients throughout New Jersey for over 32 years. Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, he has been named a Super Lawyer since 2008. Dan has also made legal history at various points in his legal career. In 2005, he served as lead counsel in Serrano v. Serrano, in which the Supreme Court of New Jersey handed down a landmark decision benefiting victims of automobile accidents. With his law partner Ed Tucker, Dan also won the largest jury verdict ever awarded in Cumberland County, New Jersey for a slip and fall injury.
