Biography

Daryl Douglas (Wagstaff & Cartmell, Kansas City, MO) has experience on both sides of the bar, starting his career in personal injury defense, followed by 14 years at Employers Reinsurance Corporation where he led a team of claim attorneys handing primary and excess hospital and physician medical malpractice claims. When he joined Wagstaff in 2010, he brought an enormous depth of knowledge in the insurance policies and claims field.
