Lawrence Simon (Javervaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, NY) practices primarily in the areas of bus, truck and auto negligence; premises liability; and estate litigation. Mr. Simon is co-Chair of the AAJ Bus Litigation Group, Chair-Elect of the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group, as well as past Chair of the Motor Vehicle Section. He has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer from 2007 to the present, including Top 100 in 2010, 2011, and 2012. He is the author of New York Personal Injury Forms, and a frequent lecturer for AAJ, NJAJ, and other Trial Lawyer and Bar Associations.
