Breck McDaniel

Breck McDaniel (Cellular Evidence Services, Houston, TX) is a retired police sergeant from the Houston Police Department with more than 20 years of service, including 17 years of investigative work. He has been working extensively with electronic communications data, especially cell phone data, since 2001, created a dedicated unit to work with this unique data, and worked full-time on these matters for several years.
