Dr. Carlos Jaramillo (Physician Life Care Planning) is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist, who has practiced medicine since 2012. A licensed physician in the states of Texas and Virginia, he is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. In addition, Dr. Jaramillo is a Certified Life Care Planner, as designated by the International Commission on Health Care Certification. Dr. Jaramillo earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Developmental Biology from the University of Chicago. He performed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he served as Chief Resident.
