Lee Jackson (Traffic Crash Reconstruction, Ft. Worth, TX) spent 20 years with the Fort Worth Police Department, including 7 years in the Traffic Investigation Unit. In 1990, he opened Traffic Crash Reconstruction. In 2002, Mr. Jackson and a colleague were selected to start the Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement Unit for the Fort Worth Police and ultimately were certified by the Texas Department of Transportation to conduct DOT Level 1 inspections. His company maintains all of the software to download heavy vehicle electronic control modules, including the “last stop” data that will display the vehicle speed before its final stop.
