After reviewing 6 million pages of Rezulin (an anti-diabetic drug removed from the market due to liver toxicity) documents, and 100 days of depositions, Rainey Cawthon Booth (Littlepage Booth, Houston, TX) tried five of the nine Rezulin trials nationwide winning all with verdicts in excess of $40 million. Mr. Booth also tried 15 hormone therapy cases to verdicts in excess of $225 million. He was named one of the Top Lawyers of the Year for 2007 by American Lawyer.
