Biography

Thomas V. Lyons, II was appointed as a Circuit Court Judge for Cook County by the Illinois Supreme Court in August 2008. Prior to his appointment, Judge Lyons worked in private practice. He also for the State’s Attorney’s Office in Cook Country for 15 years. He earned his law degree from Loyola University School of Law and B.A. in political science from Northwestern University.
