Biography

Tim, Board Certified in Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the International Society of Barristers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed in the Great Plains Super Lawyers since 2014. Prior to practicing, Tim clerked for the Honorable John Jarvey, Chief Magistrate Judge, US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa from 1997-1998.

He served as President of the Iowa Association for Justice, 2008-2009 and has been a Master of the American Inns of Court since 2015. Tim lectures extensively for local and national organizations including AAJ, ABA and numerous Iowa associations.
