Hugh oversees all litigation within the firm and has had trial victories including $12 million for a paralyzed client involved in a nightclub shooting and $5 million settlement in one of South Carolina’s most conservative counties. In addition, he has briefed and argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He is president of the South Carolina Association for Justice and serves on the Membership and Underride Committees of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group.
